Online Training and Peer-to-peer (P2) Learning Activity
Organizing training and learning activities includes two sub-activities.
- Virtual Training Programme: After the CETPRO contents and their adaptation to the Creative Entrepreneurship Platform completed, under the Task 4, it is planned to test the training contents with a pilot implementation with participation of 40 young professionals from four partner countries. This pilot training called CET and is held through the digital Platform designed under the Task 5. CET will be a one-month/60- hour virtual training.
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) Learning Activity: At the end of the CET programme, a five-day learning mobility is organised in Brussels under the coordination of EDI. From partner countiries, 16 people are selected according to the success criteria among young professionals who have successfully completed the CET programme and are eligible to participate in the Peer-to-Peer Learning Activity.
Young professionals visit the successful CCI businesses in Brussels for peer-to-peer learning and job shadowing. Thus, they found the opportunity to observe successful CCI businesses, get advice, and improve their career and entrepreneurial leadership competences.
